Job Description

This position is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and motivated technology professional to leverage their cellular network technology knowledge and experience while expanding their skills in a variety of responsibilities and application areas. You will be responsible for integrating, implementing, and supporting our complex software and hardware based systems at international and domestic customer locations. Responsibilities

• Understanding, applying, and communicating the technology concepts and implementations in our systems
• Setting up and integrating new software and hardware based systems at a variety of international and domestic customer locations
• Supporting customer operation, use, and feedback of our systems
• Training system and equipment users in order to provide an outstanding user experience and satisfaction
• Contributing to the engineering and system test process
• Participating as a customer advocate in the engineering development process
• Contributing to the development of customer support material such as technical manuals, application briefs, and product data sheets
• Supporting pre-sales product demonstrations and activities

Mandatory Qualifications

• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically (up to 50%)
• History of top performance
• Experience in cellular telephony systems and network testing
• Knowledge of cellular protocols and signaling
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing
• B.S. or Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Team-oriented character
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commitment to continuous learning
• Independence and organization
• Conscientious, detail oriented character

The followings skills are also highly desired and are considered a plus

• Programming experience in any scripting or true language (e.g., VB Script, Javascript, VB, C, C++, Java)
• Strong SQL query skills
• Strong working knowledge of commercial network security technologies
• Foreign language skills
