JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sr. Financial Analyst will partner with the G3TI team to provide routine and complex financial analysis, support product pricing, and drive financial initiatives. This role provides financial analysis to assist strategic and tactical decision-making.  A successful candidate will be a strong problem solver who can dig into financial details to uncover the root cause of financial issues.

AS A TEAM MEMBER, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO

• Review and analyze inventory, product costs, and product margins to improve profitability.
• Update, maintain, and evaluate price lists.
• Conduct annual price review and suggest price adjustments for significant cost changes or margin improvement on new and existing products.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial plan, monthly forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide forecast updates and perform comparisons to actual results.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience creating and managing complex spreadsheets, including pivot tables.
• Familiarity with indirect costs pools and allocations.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly with strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
